What you are buying

A digital, self-guided walking hunt for your group, played on your own phone at your own pace. It is not a guided tour. Admission tickets, transport, food and drinks are not included unless a stop says so.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and charged once through Stripe. Promotion codes are applied at checkout. The amount you paid appears on your receipt.

Delivery and your unlock code

Your unlock code is shown on screen and emailed straight after payment. Anyone holding the code can open the hunt, so keep it for your group. Clues can be requested by email, and by text if you gave a mobile number and agreed to texts.

Your hunt window

You choose a start date at checkout. Day 1 is that date, and the hunt runs for the number of days in your pack, ending on the last day shown on your hunt page. Once that last day has passed the hunt is marked expired. The guide stays readable, and if you need more time email us and we will extend your dates at no charge.

Refunds

• Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a hunt could not be played because of a closed stop, a broken clue or another fault on our side, and we will fix it or refund you.
• Duplicate or accidental purchases are refunded on request.
• Because a code gives immediate access to the full hunt, we do not refund hunts that have already been played.

Fair use

Your hunt is for personal, non-commercial use by your group. Please do not resell or share codes publicly, scrape the clues, or publish the answers.

Safety and conduct

Stay in public areas, follow local laws and posted signs, and never enter private property. Use your judgement about traffic, weather, health and your surroundings. You play at your own risk, and children play with a supervising adult.

Partner rewards

Some hunts unlock offers from local businesses. Those offers are provided by the business and are subject to their own terms, opening hours and availability.

Changes to hunts

Stops, clues and rewards can change when a venue closes or a route changes. We may update a hunt at any time, and we aim to keep every hunt playable for its full window.

Liability

The hunts are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a hunt is limited to the amount you paid for it.
